Shipping Policy for Diamond RO

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Diamond RO. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

  1. Order Processing

All orders placed on the Diamond RO website are subject to product availability and order verification. Orders are typically processed within 05 – 07 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of order placement. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed and authorized.

  1. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated based on the weight of your package, your shipping destination, and the shipping method selected. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, carrier delays or etc.

  • Standard Shipping: 05 – 07 business days after processing.

Please note that delivery to rural addresses may take longer than the estimated times.

  1. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours. You can track the progress of your shipment through the link provided in the email or by visiting the carrier’s website directly.

  1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within Tenkasi district. We are unable to ship any other places except Tenkasi district.

    1. Damages and Lost Shipments

    Diamond RO is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order with damage, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product and contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim. Please also notify our customer service team at diamondrowaterpurifier@gmail.com or +91 80565 44760 on same days of receiving the damaged shipment so we can assist you with the process.

    If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and contact the carrier to inquire about the delivery. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact our customer service team.

    1. Returns and Refunds

    Our Return & Refund Policy governs the process for returning items and receiving refunds. Please refer to our separate Return & Refund Policy page for detailed information.

    1. Incorrect Shipping Information

    It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Diamond RO is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
