Cancellations and Refunds

Thank you for shopping at Diamond RO. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

  1. Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within [Number] hours of placing it, provided that your order has not yet entered the processing or shipping phase. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such instances, you will need to follow the procedure outlined in our Return Policy to initiate a return.

  1. Returns

We accept returns under certain conditions. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returned within 02 days from the date of delivery.

Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at diamondrowaterpurifier@gmail.com or +91 80565 44760 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please do not send your item back without obtaining an RA number. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if the return is not due to our error.

If you are shipping an item over INR 15,000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 07 – 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

We offer refunds under the following specific circumstances:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us with same day of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you, and a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred, will be issued.
  • Incorrect Product Received: If you receive a product that is different from the item you ordered, please contact us with same day of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item. We will cover the shipping costs for both the return and the shipment of the correct item.
  • Product Not as Described: If a product you received is significantly different from its description on our website, please contact us with same day of delivery. We will review your claim and, if deemed valid, may offer a refund or exchange.
  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
